1. Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required. All shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside.

2. Production Times

All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically begins once you have approved the design proof and payment has been received in full.

  • Standard production: 10–14 working days after design approval and payment
  • Large or complex orders: May require additional production time; we will inform you during the order process

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email.

3. UK Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our production facility in Europe, estimated delivery times to UK addresses are:

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands): May take an additional 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us for a quote.

  • EU countries: Typically 3–7 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: Typically 7–14 working days after dispatch

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Where available, we will include tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. If tracking is not available for your shipment, we will notify you of the expected delivery window.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damaged in transit: Please report any damage within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged goods and packaging
  • Lost parcels: If a parcel has not arrived 14 working days after dispatch, we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
  • Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by you

7. Risk of Loss

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For business orders, risk of loss passes when the goods are handed to the shipping carrier at our facility.
