These terms and conditions govern your use of the Custom Rolling Papers UK website (custom-rolling-papers.co.uk) and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place any orders.

All products are custom-made according to your specifications. Images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.

4. Ordering Process

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Prices shown on the website are indicative; final prices are confirmed via email after your enquiry
• Minimum order quantities apply depending on product type
• Design files must meet our specifications (provided during the order process)
• A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order via email

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds)
• Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated; VAT at the applicable rate will be added where required
• Payment is required in full before production begins
• We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated during the order process

6. Design Approval

We will review your design for free before production. You will receive a digital proof for approval. Once you approve the design proof, we are not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved design. Please review proofs carefully before giving approval.

7. Production and Delivery

• Production typically takes 10–14 working days after design approval and payment
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Free shipping within the United Kingdom on all orders
• International shipping is available at additional cost upon request
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

8. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless:

• The product is faulty or damaged on arrival
• The product does not match the approved design proof
• There is a manufacturing defect

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 14 days by contacting us at hello@custom-rolling-papers.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

9. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and licences to use any logos, images, trademarks, or designs you submit to us. You indemnify us against any claims arising from intellectual property infringement in customer-submitted designs. We are not responsible for verifying the ownership of submitted designs.

10. Age Restriction

Our products are intended for use by adults only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and currently not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
